Diversity Policy and Implementation of Board Members
●Diversity and Independence of the Board of Directors::
(1)Board Member Diversity Policy
The overall configuration of the Board of Directors shall be considered for the selection of the company’s directors. Diversity shall be considered for the composition of the Board Members; appropriate diversification policies shall be formulated based on its operation, business model and development needs, and shall include, but not limited to, the following two major aspects of standards:
A.Basic condition and value: Gender, age, nationality and culture, etc.
B.Professional knowledge and skills: Professional background (such as law, accounting, industry, finance, marketing or technology), professional skills and industry experience, etc.

The current Board of Directors of this company has 5 natural person directors and 2 natural person supervisors; the members have rich experiences and expertise in the industry, operation, finance and accounting, and management fields, etc., and the directors and supervisors have no relationship within the spouse or second degree of relatives. In addition, this company also focuses of gender equality in the composition of the Board of Directors; currently, there are 2 female directors and supervisors.
